Camden AHEC's Services

Camden AHEC provides services to the city of Camden, NJ and surrounding Southern New Jersey communities.

Our services include internships, educational programs and community health programs for individuals, groups, community-based agencies/organizations, and health care professionals and students.

Our goal is to promote access to preventive and primary health care services, to improve the general health of the community and to educate health professionals and students on serving disadvantaged populations in a culturally competent environment. Community health programs are designed to improve community health, by addressing cultural and financial barriers between quality healthcare and the people who need it.
