Your donation can help fund the important work of Camden AHEC. Here are some examples:
$5,000 provides home-health visits to 250 uninsured senior and disabled citizens.
$2,000 trains two medical students for treating uninsured clients in medically-underserved communities.
$1,000 covers supplies, counseling and HIV-preventive education for 100 high-risk school children.
$500 brings medical testing, education, counseling and access to free care for 25 homeless clients.
$300 provides two weeks of after-school tutoring, mentoring and preventive health education.
$200 pays for gas to keep AHEC’s Mobile Community Health Van on the road for one month.
$100 stems HIV/AIDS infections with education, counseling and condoms for high-risk clients.
$50 supplies snacks and juice for hungry individuals who come to the AHEC van for care.
