HIV Health Educator - HIV Specalist- F/T position providing HIV related outreach; individual and group level interventions (IDI/IDG); and comprehensive risk counseling and services (CRCS) targeting People Living with HIV/AIDS at risk.  Knowledgeable and experience with targeted geographic area and populations.  Ability to work as part of a team and independently in carrying out job responsibilities.  Bachelor's degree and three years work experience with high-risk populations. Workshop and presentation experience a plus. English/Spanish bilingual a plus. Flexible hours for scheduling are important to the needs of clients. Night, evening and weekend work may be required. Community Health Worker – Driver - Be a bridge between community and health care.  F\T position providing HIV related outreach; and comprehensive risk counseling and services (CRCS) targeting adult MSM, IV drug users and sex workers at risk.  Knowledgeable and experience with targeted geographic area and populations.  Ability to work as part of a team and independently carry out job responsibilities. Current New Jersey driver’s license required.
